Sugar allowance helpppp

Ok so I see there's a new section for sugar and sodium on the food diary. I typically eat a small yogurt and an apple or an orange a day and I always seem to go over my sugar allowance by like 10 or 20 points. Should I just cut out the yogurt? I would be really sad if I have to because it keeps me from craving the cookies, cakes, and sweets around the house. Helpppp.

Unless you need to watch your sugar intake (for diabetes, or something similar), I'd keep the yogurt and fruit and not worry about it, especially if it limits your craving for less healthy sweets. My sugar is always high (mostly from fruit and dairy), and I just don't worry about it, but I have no medical reason to worry.0
