I too drink it black and could not have sugar any more.... But I used to have about 2 or 3 spoons of surgar in every mug, the trick is to do it slowely by 1/2 or 1/3 you will find that once you get used to it with less sugar each time you wont be able to put it back up as it will be too sweet. I have a graze box sent to the office which contains a mix of nets, dried fruit, seeds, flatjacks, olives the list goes on.... I think they are only in the UK but you could have alook at the site for idears of small packs of snacks you could take to work. I just love the mixes they do, would never have thought of doing…

Started c25k yesterday and loved it, cant wait to do d2w1 on Tuesday.... Feel a bit ache today but its a good feeling, I feel very proud that I did not give up at all on the jog even tough I felt like it half way though :happy:

I have faimly over this Easter for the whole weekend so will be out lots keeping my nethews entertained so will not alway have the healthy choices I usualy do so I am just going to enjoy the weekend and try and pic the healthy options :happy:

There is no reason why you should not go out with your mates and have a soft dite drink (which is what I do) and have the occasional sprit or two. I always tend to have JD now with a tall glass of dite coke and finds it helps keep the erge of having lots at bay and dont feel like I am missing out.

You are not eating enough, I know it sounds silly but you need to eat at least 1200 cals a day.... When your body does not get enough espically with the exercise you are doing as well your body slows down and holds on to ever cal you put in your body.

To be able to wear a lovely summer dress and not want to cover up and not have raw thighs at the end of the day :happy:

Eating fiber is the way to go but the best for this problem is solouble fiber... My ditatation advised me to have oats for breakfast as this is a good way to start the day with a good dose of solouble fiber :)

I just love having porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast as it keeps me full till lunchtime and you can add so many different toppings.... But I second the comment about adding normal milk instead on condenced, the little changes make such a difference :smile:

I have also done WW and got down to a size/weight I was really happy with but over a few years put it back on. I did try it again but just could not get on with it that time round. I had degenertation of the disc in 5 ,6 & 7 and there is no way I am exercising when I have a flare up or a nerve gets trapped and have to live off painkillers.... But after some good physo I have learnt how to make the flare up shorter, and my physo said the best thing I can do is to exercise and keep as fit as possible…

Please dont make yourself feel worse over food, just eat if you can and try and keep to the healty choices and as said before take it one step at a time :) I aslo suffer with depression over the years so am here to suport you if you need it xXx

I would be tempted to just get it out of the way so you can put it behind you and enjoy the rest of the weekend.... Unless of course you really dont feel upto it, in that case you can prepar yourself for the expeience even if you cant revise for it.. Either way good luck :)

Has to be done sometimes and there is no shame in it, I belive it is the first step in getting back to where you want to be, chin up you can do it :)
