I know how you feel as I have battled with depresion years and had both the scales go up and down drastically. I now see using MFP as my way of telling it that it is not going to control my weight and this site and the people on it help me achive this. Keep healty snacks to hand for when you feel low and just need to eat…

You need to up your soluble fiber intake. The best way I found of doing this was having porridge (oatmeal) everyday.

I just looked at the sites and am shocked at the difference in cals for UK v US almost 100 cal standard (you have to ask for no sugar)
-
Such a shame they have done this in US as hear in UK it is I healthy option from a well known oats brand. When you order it hear you chose your own milk and get ask if you want sauces like jam or maple
-
You can add to your cals by putting nursing (in food database) or breastfeeding in your diary

Sweet tea is different as I assume it has a lot of sugar, I am talking about plain coffee and not the sort that can hold a spoon upright
-
I count all fluid coffee, decafe, soda, teas etc it's about your fluid intake not just water,. This is as advised by my diteation at the hospital. Yes just water would possibly be better but drinking my coffee in the morning and decafe in the afternoon is better than what I used to drink (less than half recommended)

I fancy going to chip shop tomorrow now lol :blushing:

Count its a a cheese pasty which has a smilar filling I think the fried batter will be as much as the pastry or a cheese and onion roll if it was small

Going over for one day will not hurt as long as you get back tomorrow.... What you need to do in the long run though is look at why you eat to feel better and feel that void with something else. I know this not an easy habit to break and I have only started to learn it at 32
