Usually with times like that I will do calisthenics in a room. Pushups, crunches, sprint in place, squat jumps, etc. If you really don't have a whole lot of time. pretty much this the increase in calories will get your metabolism going and burning 1000 calories per workout is actually a lot. I think one hour of jogging at a 8-9 min mile pace will burn like 800 calories which is pretty intense lol (idk if someone can verify this or correct me if i'm wrong)

That's actually a good question. I think it depends on what carbs you're eating. I believe there is a limit as to how many carbs your body can take before it stores the extra into fat cells which can be instant in addition to whatever carbs are unused. So I don't believe it's a matter of time but a matter of quantity.

Kinda depends on how you go about things. Sometimes bulking can give you lots of strength but also a lot of fat. If you maintain a steady pace and transition smoothly into it you'll probably have a harder firmer body. I kinda rushed my bulking diet so I lost my 6 pack and have this little layer of fat around my gut xD

Anything is possible when it comes to the human body! And saggy skin is only caused if you lose weight very very very fast. Just take it slow and lose little by little then your skin will form nicely to your muscles :D
