I have 4 tortoises. they dont take a great deal of work but the care for them is dependant on what type of tortoise they are.

i gave up crisps last year, not sure what to do this year. i have cut down on bread loads but don't know if i'd manage to give it up completely. might be brave and give it a go!

I find that the gum thing works but when i'm at work i keep a packet of mints around so when i feel like being naughty and eating cake from the staff room i have a mint instead. keeps your mouth busy just long enough to realise your not hungry enough for cake! :flowerforyou:

This is that same as what i do. i find a day off from calorie counting helps to kill any cravings i've developed during the week and think it does your metabolism good to have a day off too! :-)

Hi i'm having the same problem with breakfast. i can't stomach much in a morning and i'm trying to cut down on the amount of bread i eat. Not a big fan of cereal or eggs. Need something quick easy and light? Suggestions please?

Hello, although i've been using the site for a year i'm starting from scratch again this year. Looking for some extra support so that i'm not in the same situation this time next year!!
