Make sure you weigh yourself first time in the morning after you per. If you weigh yourself throughout the day it will not be accurate bc of the food/Drinks you consume. Try weigh yourself once a week or once every two weeks. Makes for a more accurate weigh in :)

He can't lift heavy stuff bc he does hand flickering (part of autism) but will def try!
