I take care of an autistic teenager. He use to be really into working out, which made it super easy to get a great workout in. Recently, he's lost interest and I can't seem to get good workouts during the week. What are some things I can do to still get a good workout in if he's wanting to do something else inside?

You are your own gym. It's a book and an app which does strength training using body weight only.

Without machines? Dumb bells, barbells, bands, body weight. He can pretty much do anything if only machines are out of the question

Kudos to you for taking care of him. As a single Mom, I do a lot of DVD workouts. p90x, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, etc. etc. etc.
  • He can't lift heavy stuff bc he does hand flickering (part of autism) but will def try!
