175 done...some V sit-ups, some traditional crunches and some reverse crunches! Whew! I threw in 50 side planks while I was on the floor! Love it!

Challenge accepted! Keep 'em coming! btw....just watched a video on how to do push-ups on a stability ball. WOW! :noway: I'm gonna give it a shot, but doubt I can do all of them that way though. I will probably end up doing the girly push-ups. :ohwell:

Done at level 2! I did 25 extra since I had to hold onto something for balance and couldn't hold weights. Maybe I will eventually get more coordinated. p.s. After reading about so many of us with bad / weak knees, any chance of some knee strengthening challenges? :wink:
