America runs off of convenience. Almost everything is processed, We really need to buy more fruits and vegtables and cook ourselves instead of opening a big of chips.

I was actually thinking about wraps but I was thinking about just with like lunch meat and cheese. I often forget that not all healthy food is plain there are other ways to make it enjoyable.

Also, try not to eat past a certain time. I try not to eat past 8pm it helps me with my control thats what I did first for self control. I may have binge ate but not past 8 now I'm getting better controlling my binge eating now that I'm used to not eating past 8.

Make yourself throw up! I'm just kidding, Chew gum thats what I do I chew gum and keep myself occupied(my house has been super clean lately lol). Try not to keep the bad foods in your house get alot of fruits and veggies like grapes or snap peas little things you can snack on all you want with minimal calories.

pure foods like in its original state not processed Im not going to eat a bunch of calories I will still be within my calories I might raise mine because of more activity but im not going to overeat

I have also made the choice to not eat foods that are processed so like fruit vegtables meats. No can of raviolies and no microwaved meals just pure foods

That is true, I just stopped drinking diet soda after drinking it for.. ever since I drank soda! I knew all of the cancer topics about it and everything. When I decided to stop I had like 6 bottles in the fridge I drank all of them in 2 days after the two days I noticed my two front teeth turning gray at the gum line!! Now…
