I made it 11 days and caved lol. I went back to 7 more days no alcohol and caved again. I'm on day 2 now.. wish me luck but most likely I will cave on 11/19 because we are celebrating thanksgiving early with my aunt and uncle and cousins lol. Moderation is key though and that's my goal for Saturday 11/19.

Fasting can be hard. But once you get your first fast done you will see you’re not hungry eventually. Usually takes me 2 days. I only can do 2 1-2. Haven’t made the 3 days. I get dizzy.
