Yes with menopause and thyroid, it's a challenge to lose weight even following my calories and exercise. I'm on a very low dose of Levothyroxine for a few years, but it is still hard to lose. I want to ask for a higher dose, but my blood work came out good, so they probably wouldn't. I just have to keep going day by day…

you can steam it or bake it. my instructions are below: get a frying pan. roll up three balls of aluminum foil and put in frying pan spread out, place plate on top of the 3 balls for balance, put water in the pan and chicken on that plate. cover and steam for as long as needed.
