Hi to everyone that's joined us!!! <3
-
My sweet tooth is insane most days so I'm looking up lightened recipes that I can use as treats now and then. And of course everything sounds good! LOL So I'm also figuring out the calorie counts if I make them with things like whole wheat flour and stuff to see if they're worth it. Oh the things I do when I should be…

@mytime6630 definitely sounds like the flu. I hope you get better quickly!! @snowflake1968 my other half is a whole food plant based semi-vegan so we have a lot of fun separating out the refrigerator. LOL I'm pretty much strictly poultry these days since I'm intolerant to fish and rarely eat red meat or pork. Hopefully you…

@Snowflake1968 - we make jewelry. Mine beaded and hers chainmaille. Also sewing but that's all over at the future in-law's place so at least that's not overtaking the house too! LOL What about you?

@jaysgirl092516 - Congratulations on 2 weeks smoke free. That is HUGE! @Snowflake1968 - I've been doing the weighing daily too and it's helping me. I went up and down this weekend for no reason whatsoever and I was able to just shrug it off rather than obsessing. That's huge for me! And those invitations are *adorable*!!…

And now that I'm behind here's today's!! 1. Log all my food. 2. Those 96oz of water. 3. Keep engaged at work rather than daydreaming. 4. Write in my paper fitness journal (been slacking). 5. Get more than 2 hours of sleep tonight!! 6. Work on something fun for myself.

I may have to check that out! My fiancée and I are both crafters so to say things are cluttered is an understatement. It's pretty ridiculous. But I'm doing a little bit every day and am seeing progress. We also both have some issues (her with her shoulder from a stabbing incident and me with scoliosis) so slow and steady…

I didn't get as much done as I wanted to on the cleaning, I at least did a tiny bit but not enough to make it count! :D Tomorrow is a new day as far as that goes. Speaking of... JFT 1-13-19 1. Log all my food. 2. Get in that water!! 3. Clean house some - but don't overdo it and hurt myself (which I have a tendency to do).…

JFT 1-12-19 1. Log all my food. 2. Drink 96 oz of water and/or tea (I struggle with this on weekends!). 3. Run over to my future in-laws house to grab their mail/do some cooking/check on things (their kitchen is so much better than mine!). 4. Speaking of my house, work on more cleaning. 5. Stop throwing myself a pity…

I honestly need to get one of these for my fiancee! LOL

I've taken a couple days off from the forums overall to just kind of relax my brain. Then my coworker got a promotion I am dying to get and I felt the urge to binge come on. Decided coming back in here was better than doing that!

You all are doing amazing!!!!

Okay so I'm changing my goal for January from my first one since my stomach bug seems to have helped me out quite a bit! Original starting weight -304 lbs January starting weight - 302 lbs January goal - 288 lbs Ultimate goal - 185 lbs January 2nd - 302 lbs January 9th - 293.8 lbs January 16th - January 23rd -…

@frenchfancy2014 - Frankie is almost 12 1/2 and we got him from the shelter at 6 months. I just got new dry food for him today and he ate some of that, he's also been scarfing wet food like it's going out of style. I swear I don't know if he's just messing with us or what. But I do know he's thinner so he's getting checked…

Ended up going to get my SO's truck from the shop...where it is now traded in for a newer model. So the clean out of all of the craft show stuff form the back counted as my housecleaning. Pretty much a weightlifting workout with all the bins/tables. LOL Now I'm enjoying Food Network shows while I relax for a few before…

@PackerFanInGB I'm so nervous to bind my first quilt and my 'teacher' isn't going to be around until the beginning of April. It's quilted (I love having a fiancee whose parents have a long-arm machine in their basement!) but now I'm like 'I'm so going to screw this up'! LOL

Hoping for the best for your kitty! Mine is going in this week as he's losing weight and we're not sure why. He's the happiest cat ever and hasn't been acting weird so we're at a loss. He hasn't been eating his dry food either (whereas he cleaned the bowl completely just last week) so we've been giving him wet food which…

I didn't end up studying, oops! I will get cracking on that though, 4 classes away from a $1500 bonus at work! JFT 1-8-19 1. Log everything. 2. Drink at least 96 oz of water. 3. Start studying for that work exam! 4. Do some housecleaning as I won't get to the gym. 5. Do something fun for myself. 6. Make someone smile.
-
Same! Can't wait to see your first week results!
-
I've been around awhile but keep slacking off and coming back. Hopefully this time I can actually stick to it!
-
I'm so excited to see so many people in here. I need all the encouragement/accountability I can get.

JFT 1-7-19 (Monday Funday) 1. Log everything. 2. Drink at least 96 oz of water. 3. Walk during lunch or afterward (depending on weather). 4. Use my paper fitness journal. 5. Start studying for my next work exam. 6. Do at least one load of laundry.

My heart goes out to your hubby and you regarding your MIL. I don't blame you for being upset about not being told! I'd be wanting to strangle someone...my parents have finally realized *not* telling me about their health issues until after the fact just makes me mad for that reason! Congrats to Matt on the promotion as…

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I'm a survivor myself and my niece is fighting the battle even as we speak. Cancer sucks and I completely understand the loss of your friend taking a toll on you. <3 Hang in there!

Taking care of your mental health is one of the most important things you can do! Good for you on realizing that. I started therapy last year when I had the same realization. <3 Take care of you!

Stomach bug kept me from working Friday so I didn't walk at lunch or do pretty much anything other than sleep. So now I'm starting fresh tomorrow! JFT 1-6-19 1. Log everything I eat. 2. Finish meal planning/cooking. 3. Get enough sleep. 4. Drink at least 96 oz of water. 5. Reach out to at least 1 friend I haven't talked to…

I'm just getting started but yes! :D
