  • I have done a cleanse but not fruit juice. Fruit had more sugar in it so it makes you hungry faster. I did one with mainly veggies.   • These are all awesome ideas!! Theres an asian chicken salad at Panera Bread that I love I found the dressing recipe but it did not come out the same. Its missing something but I've heard they carry the dressing at target.
  • No idea how to figure the size but I homemake beef-n-broccoli all the time and its my fav chinese food!! Eat a stir fry with lots of veggies. Thats what I would do if I was getting chinese. =)

  • Oh thats a good idea! Do you add anything to the steamed veggies or the chicken to give it flavor? I tried adding lemon juice LOL to my broccoli last night and well it was a bit much! I don't feel like the garlic and herb (with no salt) seasoning I got works to well I can't taste any of the seasoning but I can smell it.

  • Bunchesonothing- I would try but the heavy joke calling him heavy wouldn't work he doesn't need to work out he is naturally fit and it is irritating! I try to tell him stupid stuff but nothing bothers him like it does me! I know I am sensative but that was the kicker for me I guess since I am trying so hard!
