  • Try not to eat anything after seven oclock.. if you must.. eat a piece of fruit, or lowfat yogurt!

You are going to have to add exercise to your diet.. start off simple.. like walking .. only twice a week.. and then build it up slowly.. don't go crazy .. Also.. you can wait on the exercise…
