thanks my recent blood test result came all ok for my vitamins only cholesterol was high , so I get your point if I see any deficiency in my annual test then I can have supplements else don't bother

@sijomial below are the few things which are covered in early morning HIIT , try to be calorie deficit as much possible . push ups star jump with or without weights Burpee kettle bell dead lift Dumbell flies , lateral raises plate twist squats with or without barbell walking lounges bicycle crunch twist.

@Charabz69 thanks for response appricate your inputs , HIIT also includes some weights workout round 20% , if anyone can advise how much daily weight training is required for muscle building

thanks for response guys I take 3 things from here 1) remove herbal life from daily intake 2) eat more ( I thought starving is better than eating rubbish , I will look for more nurtients 3) I need to weigh my meal (will be tough to carry scale when eating out :-) )
