Hiya - I have gone from 214 to 165 in 18 months more specifically 185 to 165 since January this year ( i have been maintaining since April) I have 1/3 of my plate fruit and veg 1/3 meat and 1/3 carbs i snack on fruit normally and let myself have 1 treat a day ( candy bar etc )

my baby is called charlie he is a golden retriever and makes me smile every day !
