  • I'm on week 2 day 2, so I have pure cardio today (sigh). Don't feel bad about pausing a lot. Even the people in the video (who are in really great shape) have to take breaks. He even says take a break if you need it. Its crazy... just keep going and do the best you can. :flowerforyou:

  • I think you will find a good amount of women here that are trying to get fit not just "skinny". I know for myself I have no jean size goal. I just wanna feel good. Just eat right and exercise and let the journey take you wherever its taking you. Have fun! :happy:
  • ^^ This! You probably are hungry. I used scoobys workshop to figure out what I should be eating. I'm doing insanity also and I weigh less then you and I eat more calories. Do some research, its really hard to stick to something if you hungry all the time.

  • I did the same thing, I just started Insanity this week and increased my calories (TDEE-20%). Good luck I hope it works for us. :flowerforyou:
  • Don't worry so much about it. Some women have bigger and some have smaller. They may go down but if there is a lot of big chested women in your family then they most likely will still be pretty big. My tip is get fitted if they are bothering you, a great bra can go a long way. :flowerforyou:

  • 0 calorie peanut butter? That doesn't sound right at all. Plus I like the natural kind, and I have plenty of calories to fill without needing a 0 calorie peanut butter. If you like them more power to ya, let us know how it taste.

  • I do this all the time, though I don't call it "skinny water" its very good. My 2 year old even likes it. hehe
  • This is usually what I do and leave some room for snacks. Then log my snacks in at the end of the day. By snacks I mean an apple or air popped popcorn ( I love popcorn :embarassed: ). It doesn't have to be time consuming. If you have 10 mins to surf the internet you have 10 mins to log your food. :wink:
