How long it took you to see results on the scale from lifting weights?
-
I weigh all my food portions, and bought a food scale. I eat 75% of my exercise calories. even if I overestimate the calories, there is still a considerable calorie deficit of almost 700 cal/day, so I dont think this assumption is really the reason.

the challenging part is not balancing myself on my arms, I manage to do that (although quiet hard), but the movement of the legs on the ball distracts my balance. also sometimes my legs fell off the swiss ball! I cant see the video link, where did u post it?

This is very strange. According to your height and BMI your resting metabolic rate is 1350-1500 cal/day . Which means if you just sit in your bed all day doing nothing your body needs "at least" these 1350 cal for your vital organs to function. And since you are not obese or overweight this means you dont have any energy…

I was 94 Kg (207 lbs), I wore pants size 18-16 (UK) and XL tops. totally sedentary and getting tired from any exercise. Today I am 83 Kg (183 lbs), pants size 14-12 and L/M tops. I lift heavy 3 times per week, I walk almost everyday and I feel much stronger.

I don't know why, but this made me relief :) I hope it is just water.
