Hi I started stage 1, now I have done couple of workouts, and I really face a problem in doing the Prone Jackknife! every time I keep trying but it always becomes hard for me to perform it. Anyone has tips on how to do it properly?

How many Kg to lose per week?
I just started my diet and exercise schedule 20 days ago, I lost only 3 Kg in 3 weeks (1kg/week). I feel this is too slow. I see people following diets losing 3 Kg in one week. Am I doing something wrong? is it water retention? or my metabolism rate is very slow :(
