Random thoughts: my Period frustrates me

I have been logging for over 100 days now and I lost a good deal of weight (at least for me) that I never lost in my entire life, but I feel so down, bloated and swollen.
I feel so bad after all these efforts I am losing very slowly, and didn't reach my mini-goals, my period makes me so depressed and I gain at least 1-2 kg ( 2-4 lbs) and my weight loss cycle is only 3 weeks instead of 4 or 5.
I am not the kind of person who deprives herself from anything, I enjoy life events but in most of the days I am kind of strict dieter. but I would love to see some results.

Its okay to feel bloated on ur period days. We are all!
Dont worry tho, those weight you gained, i'll come off after ur period. If you dont have severe cramps you could try a little workout and i promise it'll make you feel better!0 -
Yeah definitely work out on those days, it starts off kinda sucky but once you get going and are done you'll feel a lot better, physically, and mentally.0

Don't let your period discourage you. On the days leading up to my period, I am 4-6 pounds heavier, every month. 99% of the time, those 4-6 I magically found disappear just as fast after my period.
Like the PP said, workout during your period if you can. Working out can keep you on track and can even help relieve some cramping (it does for me).0
