Oh where to begin? My life has changed drastically upon entering the fitness world at full force around 4 years ago. My highest weight was 320 lbs. at age 16. Yes, age 16 I weighed 320 lbs.! Ridiculous? Fast forward 4 years later and I am weighing in at 230 lbs. with solid muscle build. I decided one day that I was going to change for the better!

No more being the "fat kid" or "that kid that eats everything" most of the people I went to school with wouldn't recognize me to be honest. It all starts when you yourself see that it is becoming an issue. Verbal bullying is a very REAL thing, and being a kid in high school at the time, you saw it quite a bit. Over the years I have lost close to 100 lbs. of solid body fat, not to mention the lbs. of muscle I put on between those four years.

Anyone can do it. That's the thing, often times people start a new diet and don't believe that they can achieve anything due to them not seeing a physical change of appearance when they look themselves in the mirror. I can promise you one thing, if you are in a caloric deficit, staying consistent, and working your butt off in the gym ... You're changing! It all starts in the gym, hard work in the gym follows you throughout life. In school, at work, EVERYWHERE!! Success is just a few steps away from you're grasp, and all you have to do is put in a little work for it and sweat for it.

Good luck to all starting or continuing their transformation goals.

Cheers,
Jared.
