I try not to eat later than 8pm. I noticed on my eating diary that i was using more than half of my calories after 8pm on things that i didn't really need to eat. Now, i eat dinner early around 5-6pm and then if i absolutely need a snack in the evening I eat it before 8pm. I get hungry later but i just drink water.

Breakfast: I typically eat a bowl of Kellogg's Total with Red Berries. Sometimes i add some bananna to it if i need a little more energy. I find it filling and relativley low in calories and it last me for hours. I also have a cup of coffee everyday. Sometimes I may switch from cerial to eggs in order to boost my protein…

I know what you mean. For me, i listen to my body. I don't worry about the starvation zone if my body tells me that im not hungry i don't eat. I am eating between 800-1200 calories per day and that allows me to lose wieght. If i eat between 1200 and 1700 i don't lose or gain. If i eat above 1700 i start to gain weight.…

LOL, that's funny, i tried the same thing. After 1 day i had to take it down because it bothered me so much. I may put it back after i lose some more wieght but for now it was just too hard to look at. Good luck

I used to have the same problem. I was a big fan of Atkins, i even lost about 30 lbs on it once. But, everytime i lost wieght i would eventually gain it back and i hated only eating protein all the time. I'm a male, 270 and it gives me 1650 + extra for excercise. I don't find it difficult to eat at these levels. I have not been starving myself and have been a few hundred points under the calorie intake levels. I find that the type of food you eat has a big impact (no-brainer) on the calorie intake, not how much you eat.…
