Boo! Will miss you starting the threads!

@harieta great feeling to be happy with the program. Makes all the effort seem more worthwhile.

After a 4 day sabbatical I am back on the Body Revolution fitness train! Work out done. Plus, it was way easier after a few days of rest.

@cbraun133 I agree! It's nice to have a virtual buddy. I hope the cold virus is out of your house! I am having to rethink my workout schedule though. The lack of sleep is getting to me. My hip is now healed up enough to run again so I think I'm going to do that on cardio days. Hopefully Jillian doesn't find out! I do…

Done except I skipped the DVD in favor of a run

Totally agree with @Mellie289! Give your 100%. My first few weeks with the cardio my goal was to be able to continuously do the moves. I did not do as many in a minute as they did. Does that make sense? I kept moving but at a slower pace than the participants.

I always look at Anita and think her legs must be 4 feet long! It must make it tough to do some of the bend moves like the Statue of Liberty.

My second worst blood donation. I didn't fill the bag. They tried my right arm twice and my left arm once. And then it clotted off right away. Bummer. I was trying hard to do the right thing! The positive of it was my blood pressure keeps improving! It was 124/60. My personal best was two weeks before I got pregnant with…

@miriams76 I am amazed at your consistent results. Really excellent! @Mellie289 an inch off your waist in 3 weeks?! I would call those results!
-
I like Mimi for humor & admire Omar's ability to just kill it every time. I want to be Lana when I grow up. She has 3 kids!
-
Better effort than yesterday. Once I get my head into it I can do it.
-
Done. Cross jacks were less than graceful. I'll admit my head wasn't really in it this morning. Plan to give it better effort on Saturday.
-
@harieta It is never to late to take pictures! I find them motivational when the scale is not moving or I feel like I am stalling. Take a pic, compare it to my starting point, & then I feel better. You don't have to show anyone. You will notice my strategic camera placement squarely over my face. Ha!

Done this morning! I was highly curious about the windshield wiper. Now I understand. Also overly proud of myself because I could do the plank rows. I don't know why but I felt confident after doing those!

A few super non flattering progress pictures. I started July 2014 when my youngest was 3 months old. The pictures should have my day 1 post Kelsey, day 1 Phase 1 of Body Revolution, and day 1 Phase 2 of Body Revolution. I think my gut is shrinking. I will be a success getting rid of the unflattering belly overhang!…

Difficult as usual. I felt ok until the last set of crabs. Then I was thinking "What? How? Ow!"
-
Great progress everyone! I did my measurements this morning as I start phase 2 tomorrow. I am so glad I did the full set of measurements when I started! Otherwise I'd feel like a failure right now. I usually lose off my navel (belly button) immediately. This time I didn't lose a thing there. Weight -2.4 lbs Upper chest…

Yeah for everyone feeling and noting progress! Isn't the motto something like "It takes 30 days to develop a habit?" We're there!

Done!

I misunderstood! Yes, the calories are still shown. Middle of the night calorie average is 1.1 per minute, standing at my desk is 1.2 calories per minute, when I am home chasing after small people it is 2.5 to 3.0 calories per minute, running is 11.0 calories per minute. When I am sleeping it is 1.1 by 1440 minutes per day…
-
I know! I don't feel like I have this phase really finished yet. It's still hard for me to do!
-
Finished this morning

Thanks for talking me through this! My average night MET is 0.9. It is the same for when I'm sitting at my desk at work. When I run it is 8.8 and when I do the Body Revolution program it is 4.6. Shouldn't it be about 1.0? Am I really that stagnant at my desk? I do more than sit completely still. The start and end time of…

I loved couch to 5K! I've done it after each of my pregnancies to get back into running.
-
Done. I wouldn't say I am bored but I am looking forward to a different cardio next week. I ca power through one more time!
-
Thanks for the input! @Jennbecca33 yes, that would be similar to what I am doing now  @heybales yes, I still have the BML. How do I check the sensors? It never occurred to me to double check. I agree that 1961 or so has become TDEE. Frustrating. Suggestions on how to increase calories in a controlled fashion?…

Color me impressed! My highest weight is 8.
