Who is still here? How do you feel?
I was wondering who is still doing Body Revolution regular posters? Lurkers? Who is still here? How is everyone feeling? I feel strong. Moving into phase 2 on Monday. However, just today all my joints are popping when I go from laying or sitting to standing. My body sounds like it is 112 years old! How are you feeling?
