  • I didn't think it was to bad! Probably because I was envisioning the worst ;) I was proud of how much I could do. Although the scorpion push ups were a new level of torture.

  • Bump! Who is still listening to Jillian threaten to come through their tv screen if they don't keep up? I finished week 10 day 1 this morning in a hotel room while my 10 month old crawled under over and around me. Not my most focused work out :)
  • I just did the second time of workout 10 for week 9. It was better. But my body (legs & shoulders especially) is sore and stiff.

  • I was thinking about this as well. I know Jillian recently released Body Shred which is I think is a 60 day program. Supposed to be tougher than Body Revolution & I don't think I have mastered Body Revolution yet! My current thought is to repeat Body Revolution with heavier weights & 100% substitute running for cardio…
  • How did you feel after completing week 8? I have one more work out to go of both 7 & 8. But I'm still a bit sore after the work outs! Maybe tomorrow I'll feel like I nailed it but right now - no. Sore.

  • @smoskaluk Is it the one where you hold the weights straight up on the lower your butt to your heels for the quad work out? I totally use 5lb weights. I tried 8 lbs the first go around and it was WAY to heavy for me. I also have reverted back to knee push ups for the one legged push ups.

  • Well my calories are set at 1800 so it is going ok. The sleep deprivation is getting brutal due to several reasons which messes with my eating more than anything. However, life should be straightening out & I should be able to get a better handle of the eating!
