24 hour fitness is expensive.. I am just too lazy too look around and I work right next to one. I am fat for a reason, I am much too lazy to motivate myself, so I take a lot of classes there.

I think it has a lot to do with how strong your legs are as well. I have bad knees and when I starte dto work out EVERYTHING would hurt them, as well as other parts of my legs and feet. Coming off of birth control wont make you hungry. 1400 calories a day might. I work out 1-2 hours a day and my HRM says I burn 400-800 calories. If I only ate 1400 a day, I would be starving! I usualy eat about 1600-1800 calories a day, so I still maintain a deficit of 500-700 calories a day normally. I also have a sit…

I work out after work so I just have a glass of chocolate milk. It fills me up enough to finish my day and go to bed. Food is just too heavy at that time.

It is hard to get a life in socal believe it or not. Everyone is so focused on themselves it is hard to make friends. I am single and I like in San Bernardino. When I moved back a to socal a few months ago i gained 12lbs. I am sure most of us do it when we have other stressful situations going on.

Was that calories before or after excercise calories? I eat about 1600-1800 a day but burn off 400-600 during my workouts netting around 1200.

I have the same problem plus MAJOR knee pain. I have been doing everything to help it. Stretching helps a lot! I also try to use insoles with high arches. I recently baught a anckle brace that helped a lot when I ran last night, I am going to use it at the gym tonight as well.

Very true! Plus, as a single woman, I have to open/move/lift/carry a lot of stuff on my own.. weight lifting makes it a bit easier!

I had that at work when I lost 20 lbs.. I was liek you. Really? I have lost the equvilent of a small child and you think I look FATTER? I am not sure what causes it, but it does get under my skin.

I haven't had that problem, but I heard some people say it helped to wet it more and wear it higher, I wear mine under my bra. If it keeps up I would call the manufacture and see if they might replace it for you.
