Today I ran in place while watching tv and ran up and down two flights of stairs for ten minutes.

I joined a step challenge for the weekend using my fitbit. At the moment I am in 3rd place out of ten!

I just had a 30 minute dance party with my son. We love dancing around and had a lot of fun!

Today I walked over 15,000 steps. Which I the most I've walked since I got my fitbit. I will probably end the night between 16 and 17000!!

I'm doing the kick start program. I didn't get the cardio in last night so I did work out 2 and cardio this morning. I had trouble with the third arm rotation part of the kick outs. My arms were dead. But I kept moving!

Day 2 week 1 DONE!! Thanks mostly to this group. I woke up and biked for an hour today so between yesterdays workout and the bike ride my butt and thighs were killing me. But once I started RI30 tonight I flew through it and feel Amazing!! I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!!

6 week 6 pack moves fast. It didn't seem any longer than 30ds or ripped in 30. I really like it. My friend is doing killer buns and thighs and she likes that one. Boost Metabolism seemed long for me. I hope that helps. Most of her workouts are free on demand. Try them before you buy. Lol
