Lucky Duck! Those calories are pounds! As long as you are getting all your nutritional needs for the day, I would add them all up and once I got to 3500 voila' it's another pound lost. Not a bad problem if you ask me? S~

Under tools on this site you can do the same type of thing by configuring your BMR. I'd say it's pretty accurate, for me anyway.
