Things I think of as junk food are cookies, desserts, chips, anything fried, soda, candy, and fast food.

A dreyers whole fruit popsicle... unless if you don't count that as healthy, then I had some spaghetti squash with dinner. :)

Yes, I think that I have been overweight since I was a kid. When I was little, I thought that big thighs were good and so I started eating more to make my thighs bigger. Now I am still overweight, but I am currently working on losing weight.

She was either in a bad mood or just jealous or something. Sorry that happened to you. Don't let people's negativeness and rude remarks effect what you wear... wear whatever you want to or like to wear. :)

I exercise in the evening usually. :) Lately I have been exercising with my mom and sister in the evenings sometime after dinner. ^_^

Thank you for posting/ sharing. ^_^ This is definitely things that should be given up... and I will definitely try giving up them, especially comfort eating and procrastination! :)

Same here, I don't really tell anyone I am losing weight unless they ask. I do tell close family members though... I share with people on health and fitness websites that I go on that I am losing weight on my profile and maybe on forum posts too.... I don't really mind telling people either....
