Yoga, i do 10-15 mins a day and i've seen a noticeable difference.

I'm at 136 and wanting to get to 130 or a bit under, I did start at 161 but I lost quite a bit of that before I joined this site. I'm 5'3 btw.

Asda semi skimmed, however I only have a tiny bit in my coffee and that's it.

I take mine in the morning around 10.30-11am and i still seem to get it. Granted, I am only on my second pack which may be the reason.

I've lost it on my face and my belly (i have never really lost from there before) but I now appear to look a bit pear shaped which i thought was physically impossible with my dimensions :)

Looking in the mirror and feeling happy with my figure and wearing a bikini on holiday with confidence.

I'm very lucky, even though at first my boyfriend stuck to his unhealthy diet when I started eating healthier but was he was very supportive and still is but now he has started going to the gym and watching what he eats. I am very proud of him :)

I'm generally a UK size 10 but i can range between an 8 and a 12 depending on the shop.

I went through a stage of loving KFC (I blame my boyfriend, I'd never had one until I met him!) but after beginning to eat healthier and reading fast food nation I wouldn't dream of it.

I'm 5'3 with a medium frame and at the moment I'm aiming for 130 but i think i might take that down into the 120s depending on how I feel about my figure but I definitely don't want to loose my curves!

I have a quick question to add to this (if the OP doesn't mind :) ) According to that test i'm medium framed, however i am particularly top heavy (gained weight on my boobs not lost), does this need to be taken into account, and if so any suggestions oh how?
