I use an app called paprika heavily for meal planning. You can search for recipes and create your own cookbook. Over time I have saved lots of recipes that fit into my meal plan. We often browse it to do the meal planning. She gets choices -- all of which are acceptable to my diet.

I have a ten year old and am a single mom. I have no time to make two meals EVER. The way our house works. I do involve my daughter in meal planning. I have a pad where we write down what we are eating for meals. I make whatever we have planned for that night. My daughter must try what I have made. If she doesn't like it…

I suggest a visit to jog fm for suggestions. You do your search based on your desired pace. I was looking for brisk walking/elliptical music so I searched for 15 minute miles. Then you can sample the songs and see what playlist you can put together.

I certainly can't add anything to the great responses below. However, I will be sending prayers your way. Good luck and I hope all goes well. No matter what happens just keep taking deep breaths, ask lots of questions and take one step at a time. That is the way I got through my breast cancer journey and I think it would…
