There is a gym here called One Life (I'm not sure if y'all have in your states) and it gives you one week free gym membership with one week free personal trainer. I may look into it

I heard about the refreezing part, too, which is why I was concerned. I would probably eat it up to four days and the fifth day is when I plan on "treating" myself to something not made by me. I'm not a great cook, either, but I'm learning for the sake of my health. I may look into this.

I've always had a rather expensive and/or terrible eating habits. I tried to replace my pork intake with turkey, but to put out bluntly, turkey makes me gag. I was definitely going to add dumbbells to some of the exercises like the squats. I forgot to mention that after each exercise I would go on a 30 min walk

It doesn't take long to do. I did this a few months back with a little challenge, but my problem was when my time to do it changed. When I stopped, that's exactly what happened... I stopped!
