  • I went over on my calories and total fat - Hershey bar. I also started my exercise program. Just a little stretching and walking today, but something to build upon,

  • I'm in! I'm ready to make a change.
  • Tough day for me. Last minute business trip yesterday and today. Ate fast food on the run. Pushed me way over on all food numbers. However, learning experience on just how fast the fat and calories add up. Back on track tomorrow - I'll double walking tomorrow and Saturday.
