  • Prior to the ab wheel, make sure your abs are in good enough shape to use it. Try a push up top position and work up to 1 minute. Once you are able to stay in the up position for 1 minute, then use the ab wheel.
  • When you are hungry, drink (2) full classes of water and wait 20 minutes, then eat. Also, never ever eat until you are full.
