Checking in: Feb SW: 171 CW (2/21): 167.4 GW (2/29): 166 UGW: 150 I started using IIFYM to determine how much I should eat and it's been extremely helpful!

Trying to lose the last 10 lbs!

I have a desk job and I just received a standing workstation from my employer. If your company has this option, you should take it! You can stand or sit while you work throughout the day, which is a great way to keep your muscles engaged throughout the day. If not, then it's important to exercise before or after work (some…

I'd love to find an accountability partner. I'm looking to lose 30 lbs (currently 175, goal is 145). This is actually my second time losing weight! I lost 65 lbs between June 2011 and March 2012 (from 215 to 150 lbs). But once I got to my goal weight, I went back to my old "lifestyle" because I saw smart eating and…

SW: 178.8 (12/8): 179.8 CW: 174 GW: 150 I did great this week. I worked out every morning before work. I cooked my own meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I had my break this weekend without going crazy. I know a lot of this is probably water weight, but it's good to see the scale going in the right direction!

This week has been really good for me! I made my own meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the work week. I exercised every morning before work. And I've kept the drinking to a minimum! Excited for tomorrow's weigh-in.

SW: 180 CW: 181.2 GW: 150 Not sure why it went up. As far as I'm concerned, I had a great week.

Currently at 166. My lowest last summer was 155. So I'm trying to get back to that. My ultimate goal weight is between 145-150.

Meh. I do the same. It's probably not "good" but we can't stop ourselves from enjoying life just to lose weight. Everything in moderation!

Someone's a hottie! BE PROUD!

I used to be a huge fan of bodyrock, but I just can't deal with the host and her fake breasts. It got to be too much for me. I love Sean Light's videos, though.

I absolutely love this article. But the funny thing is that I've had a somewhat opposite experience after losing the weight. When I started dieting and exercising last June, my motivation was to "be acceptable to men" (I had really low self-esteem because of my weight and measured my self-worth by how men treated me). And…

Yeah you were much more mature about it than I was. The person that lived below me also HATED whenever I did 30DS. But I just ignored his banging and did it anyways. At least you were nice enough to let him know what was happening.

I'm 157 and want to be 145-7 lbs

I've been trying to lose 1 lb a week, but I haven't had much success. I keep yo-yo-ing between 151 and 155 (trying to get down to 145). So maybe I'll go down to .5, too. I know my problem has been eating. I have terrible binges sometimes and it destroys my progress.

I went from a 38D to a 34B, so exercise & weight loss definitely reduces breast size. Although, I didn't want it. :p

After exercise, meaning during cool down or even later? I'd say 100 to 130.
