EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES. Only eating 1200 cal a day and burning 500 cals is why you're so hungry. Your body doesn't have enough energy to get through the day.

stop eating cheetos, sour patch kids, cookies, junk food, candy, etc. Drink water.

haha, since I've started losing weight I do think about how many calories I may be burning during relations (is that's weird? oh well). But I wouldn't log it because it should be considered part of normal daily activity. Only log intentional exercises.

I just took my 1st swimsuit pic on Monday. I wanna lose my last 15 lbs by June 1st. So this is perfect.

PSH! I ate an entire BOX of Girl Scout shortbread cookies on Monday. 1,120 calories. But today is a new day and I am still kicking *kitten*. Don't worry about it.

THIS!!! I worked out 60+ minutes everyday this weekend and saw a 3 lb gain yesterday. I WAS SO PISSED. But today, it all dropped off. Our bodies need time to recuperate from intense diet/exercise. Give it time!

I'll admit to being extremely vain (thus the screenname). I want to weigh 145. I want to see that number on the scale. A number I haven't seen since maybe 6th grade? And then maybe after I get to 145, I'll care about fitness. But honestly, I don't give a hoot right now.

i looked at your diary: stop eating subway. eat more fruit, it doesn't have sodium. frozen vegetables have lower sodium than canned. check the label on chicken breast before you buy. 1/2 wheat pita bread & 2 tbsp of hummus = 140 calories celery, carrots, & fat free ranch dressing = 80 calories pretzels & 2 tbsp hummus = 150 calories 1 serving of mixed nuts = 130-170 calories (depending on the type) small salad!

My weight was similar to yours when I first started out. And I lost about 8 lbs in 4 weeks. Eating healthy and having a 1,000 calorie deficit will get you there!
