I don't know, actually. I probably have a "binge" at least once a month with parties, going out to eat w/ friends and family, whatever. I just keep moving. I don't expect myself to be perfect and I want to enjoy life, not be afraid of having fun.

I used to be really lazy and ate very, very poorly. Even this past weekend, I didn't track my calories because I was "taking a vacation" and gained 2 lbs in 3 days. Eating out for all my meals and getting extra desserts is how I got fat.

I'm 5'10. Started at 215 lbs and am currently 159 lbs. My BMI is currently 22.9 at 159 lbs. I wanna get down to at least 150 lbs, then my BMI would be 21.5

Try to have low cal snacks in between meals. A piece of fruit, baby carrots, cucumber slices, applesauce, etc.

I love Jillian Michaels' "Banish Fat & Boost Metabolism" and "Killer Buns & Thighs." I also love the elliptical.
