YES! When I lost my first 30 lbs, I was freezing all of the time. This was back in October before it even got cold. I had the heat on in 55-60 degree weather. But over time your body should adjust. I don't get as cold as frequently but I do notice that it doesnt take as much for me to put on a sweater.

laziness, indifference, binge eating/drinking, no impulse control (still no impulse control, but now i just try to stay away from unhealthy food)

I think it's more of a turn off when you're clearly at the gym to meet someone and not to maintain your health/fitness. Being fit & active is HOT. Also, I sweat like a waterfall and don't care what people think about it.

I don't have planned cheat days. With me, whatever happens is what happens. I usually have my three meals and 2 snacks planned for the day. But sometimes if I have a date or if someone wants to get dinner, then I may end up going over. Also, I agree that having an occasional cheat day, maybe once or twice a month, helps…

I'm 5'10 and my goal is 150 lbs. I'm currently at 168 and thinking I may want to lose more than 18 lbs. So I might lower my goal to 145 lbs as I get closer. mybodygallery.com has some great pics of women at different heights and weights. I use it as a reference.

That is so great! I have yet to make healthy choices at restaurants. I either avoid eating out or if I do eat out, I go extra hard w/ exercise. I need to do what you're doing!

Subway has A LOT of sodium! So whenever I go to Subway, I plan to have very low sodium for the rest of my meals. Yesterday I had a cold cut combo on wheat bread w/ provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, jalapeno peppers, black olives, and mustard.
