I was 210.5 at my heaviest in January 2007. I lost 15 lbs. that year, and 6 in 2008, 2 in 2009, 10.9 in 2010 and just 2.6 in 2011. I weigh 174 today and I should really be at 155. I did get down to 166.2 in the spring while I was training for my 1/2 marathon, but I gained some of it back. I really need to buckle down and get these last pounds off and be the healiest, fittest me I can be. Oh, and I quit smoking just over 2 years ago too.
