  • I was having a really hard time losing weight at 1200 calories. I had NO problem eating 1200 but the scale wasn't moving even with exercising. I dropped down to 1000 calories and that helped. But I have to really make sure I get all of my water in or I don't feel full and I hate that feeling.
  • So if I jog for an hour I can actually eat more? Wow....b/c I get hungry by evening and an extra something during the day might be just what I need so I don't do the bingey thing late night! :laugh:
