honestly the scale hasnt moved much at all this month....about 6 lbs....

you may surprise yourself...i am currently fitting into a size 12! tight, but not uncomfortable tight...my goal was only a 14 when i decided wth...try em on..what can it hurt...now working onto a size 10, then 8...then...well...we'll see what happens from there..:wink:

the only two ive tried has been shakeology (beachbody) or bolthouse farms protein plus (found at meijer by naked's) the beachbody shake is expensive...about 135 p/mo....the bolthouse farms @ meijer i bought a bottle (4 servings per bottle) for about 5.00

it was pretty nasty...i had a hairline fracture in my ankle years ago and the dr said i would have to be careful not to rebreak it, so when i noticed the HUGE bruise from the middle of my foot up to above my ankle, i went to have an xray done...it is still weak, but it was about 2-3 days before i put much pressure on…

i had the same issue a few days ago...i gave it a day or two to rest, icing and elevating it, lotsa antiinflammatories and have slowly been getting back into it...i find the next day it was okay to get on the elliptical as long as i didnt push myself to the point i normally do and using an ace bandage for support helped...

Dont worry belle...we all get it i think and it gets on my nerves at times as well...all that matters is your eating smarter, making better choices and trying....there are some ppl that may think organic or natural or clean....is the only way to go...maybe that works for them and their budget...not realistic for the rest…
