am i being unrealistic
my goal is to loose 2 lbs per week till i get to my goal weight of 135...i have lost 9 lbs alone in the first three weeks of starting this plan combined w different exercise patterns....im hoping to reach my goal weight by this summer, about 4-5 months from now...

Loosing inches
what is the normal loss one should expect in inches per week? i just started taking my measurements and it shows ive lost about 2 in around my waist and hips in two weeks and was wondering if this was normal, slow or what? thanks alot!

HRM-may be a silly ?, but never used one before...
I just bought a (generic wrist one for now) hrm....it says its accurate to an ecg....one problem....it seems to hurt my wrist...maybe it just needs broken in....should the back of the dial face my pulse on the bottom side of my wrist to get the best reading or is wearing it like a watch sufficient?
