pork w spicy orange cranberry sauce (276 cal) and steamed green beans (25 cal)
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tps allspice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tps pepper
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb)
1 tbsp canola oil (i used olive oil here)
1 c cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tps red pepper flakes
combine first five ingredients mixing well...then sprinkle over pork chops....heat oil in skillet and cook pork chops 4-5 min each side
combine cranberry sauce orange peel cinnamon and red pepper flakes, mixing WELL....serve sauce over chops....
i cant load a pic cuz i dont have that program, but i tried it tonite....excellent and very filling...you would think it would be spicy, but it tastes really sweet...
