Lets face it...we ALL get em at least once in awhile....so what do you do when you get the urge to dive into that chocolate cake, or pull into that fast food drive thru...do you allow yourself a treat once in awhile like that or grab a healthy snack and keep going?

this may sound like a dumb question, but i was just wondering how one looses water weight when your constantly pumping yourself with water? how is drinking water (which i can only seem to drink 6 c a day) supposed to help you loose weight? just wondering?

hey all....
im new to this all, and looking to give and recieve support to keep me on my toes....i live in a kinda small place but i do elliptical training for 20 min, sit ups and crunches (on a yoga ball) and weight thrusts (squats) with a 25 lb weight....any other ideas to help me speed up this weight loss and more excercise tips?
