maybe you should use Generic - Egg White instead of generic egg as that might include the yoke automatically?

Oh and I could see your diary....

ok but if you only ate the white and you use the generic egg white entry it will not show any cholesterol as the egg white nutrition has zero cholesterol.

if you search on generic egg there are plenty of entries for just boiled egg whites, the one you are using has the following nutrition:

    Nutrition Facts
    Generic - Egg - Large - White - Hardboiled

    1. Servings:

    Calories 70 Sodium 65 mg
    Total Fat 5 g Potassium 0 mg
    Saturated 2 g Total Carbs 0 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g
    Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 0 g
    Trans 0 g Protein 6 g
    Cholesterol 215

But a boiled white only has this:

    Nutrition Facts
Generic - Hard Boiled Egg (White Only)

    1. Servings:

    Calories 15 Sodium 55 mg
    Total Fat 0 g Potassium 53 mg
    Saturated 0 g Total Carbs 0 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g
    Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 0 g
    Trans 0 g Protein 6 g
    Cholesterol 0 mg
    Vitamin A 0% Calcium 2%
    Vitamin C 0% Iron 0%

If you are leaving the yolk I would imagine the calories are considerably lower.
