with my experience, Core Synergystics is. Cardio X has a lot of Yoga in it and only about 20 min of actually in zone training. Core Syn will get you about 30-40min.

I am doing something from the same producers of Insanity (P90X), they have a routine that calls for two a days. The way it is broke down is you do Cardio in the AM (based off what I have experienced and seen, that would be your insanity since no weights are involved) and then doing a more of a weight routine in the evening…

They are about half the calories and no fat, but they keep the protein and other nutrients. (so they are a good substitute if you are looking to help with your fat and calorie intake).
