I agree all that is sad,... but it's all about education and getting food costs down. I know in our state (AL), food is NOT tax exempt and it should be. It's cheaper for the lower income families to hit the buck meals at the local fast food joint, than it is to buy a gallon of milk or a bag of apples.

Agreed 1600 isn't much at all - but most of your commercial diets base it on 1600 calories for women and 1800 for men. Any variation in anyone's intake along with moderate exercise, will show results. That's why food logging in general, is great for everyone, regardless. It makes us self aware.

Yeah, sad sodium is the hardest thing to monitor, prepackaged foods (specially instant foods) are loaded with sodium :ohwell: I am making it tonight as a side, with our sesame chicken skewers and veggies, once in a while doesn't hurt....

watch your sodium intake, days prior too and during, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies (peaches, cucumbers, and watermelon are all natural diuretics), and drink more water....

I like it a lot, it's fun and it will get your heart rate up playing the Sports,... The Soccer and the Track and Field. The boxing is a little off,..... (accuracy) but they are still working on getting it timed right, so IDK about the Fighters Caged, how accurate it may be. But I think it's worth the money.

I do not understand everyone's fixation on Greek Yogurt. I am not a fan of it at all, the consistency is way off, and I don't enjoy the taste. I have cooked with it but to simply eat it, no. And you are right some brands have way more sugar, it is higher in protein, but I can get my protein elsewhere.
