In and done. 100 (wall) push-ups and 100 (body weight) squats. I missed yesterday's, so instead of 100 sit-ups, I'm going to do 100 leg lifts when I get home (I do not want to lie on the floor here at work - yuck!).

I made these tonight. I added a little bit of spicy spaghetti seasoning and used them as crusts for mini pizzas for myself and my 2 year old. there are a lot of 8 or 10 minute workout videos on Netflix or Youtube. Search around for some and start with them. The next week look for 12 minute videos, then 15, etc.
