I like to make a pork and cabbage stir fry. Slice pork, onion and the cabbage into very thin strips. Stir fry with some low sodium soy sauce and a little sesame oil. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

I just tried this tonight for the first time and I have to say I am not crazy about it. I ate it on celery. It didn't seem as sweet as regular peanut butter and the consistency is different...not as thick. Can you use it as a peanut butter substitute in recipes?

I make these all the time and my kids even eat them. In fact I have cauliflower boiling on the stove right now for tonight. I use Green Mountain Farms Greek Cream Cheese and Yogurt.

I pretty much log everything except water and vitamins. I don't really chew gum and I don't drink coffee, pop or tea. If I am adding my own recipe, then I enter the spices but if I just add something as I am cooking (like sprinkling something on meat) I do not log those.

I sometimes have a hard time eating back my exercise calories too. I try really hard to at least eat half back. When there are multiple entries for the same food, I usually pick the one that has the most confirmations. I also check most of the calories on the packaging against what is listed on MFP. I have found a few mistakes but usually the right one is there. It just takes some searching. For exercise, I go on the treadmill…

Aldi's is great! We shop there all the time. You can't beat their prices on produce. Sometime I find whole pineapples for .99 when our local grocery store is selling them for $3.99. The same for cantalopes. I really like the Fit and Active Mozzarella sticks and Sandwich Skinnys too.
