  • Awesome! Thanks. And to everyone else as well. I am so insanely busy and with a baby so I'm unable to make any classes right now. But maybe in the near future!

  • Ok, just ordered Ripped in 30 and will be getting it Friday :D stoked to do it!
  • Bump Glad to see everyone's workouts. It gives me a better idea of what I should do...working on figuring out something that fits in with my classes/fiance's schedule.
  • you log it under "circuit training, general" and it burns roughly (for me) around 200 in 20 minutes. good deal if you ask me :P
  • I had a good support group that all started and finished on the same day on here. That definitely helped me push through on the days I didn't want to work out.
  • I did it and loved the results. It really toned up my arms which I don't have pictures of as well as my neck. These are just pictures of my weights/thighs which are my insecurity that I wanted to correct. I must stress though that I did adhere to a healthy eating lifestyle, as I still am, and drank tons of fluids. I am…
  • sent in a request :)
  • I think I shocked my metabolism over the past week from celebrating my son's 1st birthday (cake, eating at different times, overall indulging) because I lost a couple of pounds! and now I am back on track. Everytime that I have a small derailing day, it gets easier and easier to return to my regular routine because if…
  • today's weight is 146! 3/17: 155 3/24: 151 mini goal met by 3/20/11 3/31: 151 4/7: 148.8 4/14: 146 <<<mini goal>>> 147 (met 4/11/11) 4/21: 4/28: 5/5: 5/12: <<<mini goal>>>142 revised 5/19: 5/26: 6/2: 6/9: <<<challenge goal>>>140
  • Thank you! I felt the same the first few days. My calves felt locked up for a while and I didn't understand how I was supposed to move and continue exercise but I did so anyways. My thing has been dealing with sweating because I cant STAND it at all. After a while you'll increase weights, increase levels. I began with soda…
  • why thank you! it is definitely definitely worth it! once you push past the 3rd or 4th day, your body gets the hang of it. it's amazing to watch your body adapt and gain stamina!
  • The first photo is two pounds before I began, last picture as of today. Forgive the weird lighting in the first photp - I don't have a suntan yet!! haha. Between 30 Shred and taking up jogging, I am loving the results I am getting. So far, so good!
  • could you send me some info too? I am about to start it as well
  • My success this week has been pumping the fluids! I've always had a hard time keeping hydrated and I think it's what made me think I was more hungry in the past. Between an app that reminds me as well as flavoring my water, I have been chugging more! And I feel better.
  • Today's weigh in!!! Looks like I will meet my mini goal by next week! I've upped my fluids and added 30 more mins a day and broke my "plateau" that I was at. 148.8 :glasses: 3/17: 155 3/24: 151 mini goal met by 3/20/11 3/31: 151 4/7: 148.8 4/14: <<<mini goal>>> 147 revised 4/21: 4/28: 5/5: 5/12: <<<mini goal>>>143 adjusted…
  • I'm LOVING level 2. Not sure why, maybe my body is more suited to it than level 1? Either way - I can feel my arms toning way up! I am at lv2 day 3 (shredding for a total of 18 days now).
  • This is my weigh-in Starting Weight: 155 Last Week: 151 This Week: 151 I started MFP a month ago at 162lbs. I think I've hit that 10lb plateau. I just figuring out a new trick to get myself to drink more fluids (which has been part of my problem - probably thinking I am hungry when I'm not) and I was sick for a week which…
  • Please add me! :) I am looking for horsey friends (this applies to everyone else too!) I ride English, though when I ride it's out of hobby. I don't compete or do anything local since I am still a newbie and learning. It's always been my dream to ride regularly as I never had access or the means to get a horse. I got my…
  • I was sick the past week but it off kept me away from my Shred for three days tops :) Very proud of myself trying to stick it out. It goes to show that my mindset is doing awesome! Start: Upping water. Having a hard time doing this...any suggestions? safe and healthy favoring I could add? Stop: Trying to get on the scale…
  • Hopping back on for day 14 for me today. This cold has put me out for almost a week! I did some yoga at least last night and felt better :) Nothing is derailing me from exercising, to say the least! whoo
  • Ok, so I was really sick for two days and unable to shred despite REALLY wanting to (stuck in bed sleeping and barely eating). Do I start the shred completely over? Or do I continue where I left off on (day 11) and just add on two more days to the total?
  • phew! found this new thread. Already met my mini goal! I got set behind a couple of days too on The Shred (bummer). I am going to reset my goals now. Goal Weight: 130 3/17: 155 3/24: 151 3/31: 4/7: 4/14: <<<mini goal>>> 147 4/21: 4/28: 5/5: 5/12: <<<mini goal>>>143 5/19: 5/26: 6/2: 6/9: <<<challenge goal>>>139
  • I started all of this around a 36DDD and I'm noticing a difference. When I lose weight, I lose it there and hopefully you will too! Maybe it will take more than one round, and at different intensity levels.
  • Completed day 7 lv 1. I have been actually looking forward to my daily workout, to see how I've been improving! My first really big issue was the jumping jacks and getting through the pain in my calves. I can keep up with those now. My next improvement I am working on is being able to make it through all of the jump rope…

  • It does work, along with maintaining a healthy diet. It seems to kickstart a lot of us to lose weight. I've lost 3-4 pounds in a week so far.
  • Just finished LV1D6 today. I graduated myself to some soup cans from the soda cans I was using as weights. I've been able to mostly keep up with the jump rope and jumping jacks now. It's neat to see the rewards already in such a short span of time. Lobster888- I am having the EXACT thing going on with me and I have no idea…
  • feeling sore but definitely noticing some stamina!
  • onto day 3 today! how's everyone doing?
