M,W,F I do couch to 5k (I'm on week 3). TuThSu I do strength training (5x5). Saturday is my rest day. It's really hot out today so I'm going to do my run at like 8pm.

I started yesterday! I used the olympic bar for everything. The bar was a little heavy but doable for the bench press, easy for the squats, and really hard for the barbell row. The next time it comes back around to Workout A I am not going to add weight for the barbell row just yet but I'll try it with the recommended…

I did w3d2 today. I feel very slow, but at least I am running when I am supposed to run. Hopefully the pace will come.

You should check the labels on your vitamins. The multivitamin and prenatal vitamins probably have a lot of the same ingredients. Both of them probably also have folic acid. I use the Active Couch to 5k App. I love it because it yells at me when it's time to jog or walk so I don't even have to think about it, and it also logs my route and my average speed and stuff. http://www.active.com/mobile/c25k

Hey! I just finished Week 2 yesterday. I've been alternating Couch to 5k with gym days. I just got new running shoes and I signed up for a race on August 30. It's so awesome that there's a group for this :D

I make a shake with 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, kale, a banana, almond milk, and either a tablespoon of almond butter or greek yogurt.

I always assume that if a trainer just has people do machine circuits, they don't really know what they're doing. I'd go to whoever is in charge at your gym and ask for a trainer that knows how to do free weights.
